Waterside Estates is located on both the East and West sides of SH 99, the Grand Parkway, just 3 miles South of FM 1093, West Park Toll-way. The many amenities located in the community make it a haven for every age group. It is not an "over 55" or "gated" community, but it is a congenial mix of young and old adult families.

Our 2 square mile Figure Four Lake is a perfect haven for those of you who want to fish or just take a canoe, kayak, or row boat out onto it. No power boats are allowed...!

MUB #118 Board Election
Maybe you missed the early voting dates at the Oakland Elementary School at 4455 Waterside Estates Drive on May 1, 2, 5, and 6, but now you can make up for it and meet Romain (President of the BOD for Waterside HOA) and her husband, Joe Barski. They will be at the school for the election on the 10th from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Stop by and say hello to Romain and Joe.
Lake Rework
Section One of the Three Sections of the lake (Detention Pond) restoration has begun as evidenced by the orange vinyl fencing which is required by the insurance company as a safety feature. Additionally, there is an area of metal chain-link fencing which will be used to store equipment and materials. The contractors are trying to have as little of an impact on the area as possible. Travis High School Prograd 2009 will be having a Car Wash on Saturday, May 24, 2008. It will take place in the Pecan Grove Randalls parking lot next to Valero from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. All proceeds to benefit THS Class of 2009. Students can call or e-mail to sign up.
