Pool Closure This Weekend And An Update On Trash Pickup
The pool will not be open this weekend (Sept. 2nd, 3rd or 4th (Labor Day). We hope you will be able to understand the issues involved in preparing the pool and staffing the pool after what Waterside and other communities have experienced the last few days. The HOA will keep you posted on when or if the pool can be opened on another weekend. Also, Best Trash will pick up trash Thursday, August 31 and pick up trash and recycling on Monday, Labor Day. The normal trash schedule will resume on Thursday.
Community Fencing Replacement
All Waterside Estates residents should be receiving the following notice in the mail in the near future from Crest management:Waterside Estates HOA will soon begin replacing the community fencing along Lewisville and Watersides Estates Circle. The project is anticipated to begin in the next 2-4 weeks. If you are going to be affected by this fence replacement, you will receive a separate notice from Crest Management with additional information and instructions for your backyard. It is anticipated that your fence will be down for up to five days.

There are several areas in the community where soil testing is being performed. Any damaged to the common area or the reserve in front of a resident's home will be repaired as soon as the testing is complete. The soil testing is part of MUD 118's reclaimed water project. Sorry for any inconvenience this project may have cause.
