Waterside Estates Shred Event!
"The Shred Event was an incredible success as evidenced by the 78 vehicles and the estimated 7800 lbs of paper that was shredded.  All of the people that participated in the event expressed their thanks as well as asking when the next one would take place.  The incredible leadership team worked seamlessly like a well-oiled machine with Christina leading, Katie managing the budget, Bernie overseeing the logistics and Mitch working his communication magic.  All that was left for me to do was to stand back and applaud and take some photos, which I managed to do.  Thanks to Sierra Shred and Chris the truck and shredder operator.  It was awesome to work with him.  Thank you Team Waterside, you rock!  Thank you to all the homeowners that participated because you showed the event as successful. Finally a special thank you shout out to Mr. Mike Padilla who brought his items to be shredded with bottles of cold water for the workers!"   - Taylor Browne HOA President


















​​Our Crest Management Team has changed
We had a recent change in our management team at Crest. The HOA board begin a bi-weekly meeting with our previous Community Manager as we heard from our residents that items were not being addressed within our community and we felt it was our duty to figure out how to fix this disconnect. During these meetings we pushed hard to get things fixed and prioritize items. We were informed that our Community Manager was no longer with Crest Management and new manager was assigned.

At that time Taylor and Bernie setup an “emergency” meeting with Crest Management to express our concerns with how Crest was handling our needs. They heard our concerns and mutually we selected our new Community Manager.

We look forward to working with our new Management team and feel they are most closely connected to our community needs. Below are the details for our new team:
