The Waterside Estates Board of Directors consists of five homeowners that are
elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting of Homeowners:
Taylor Browne - President
Bernie Schneider - Vice President
Katie Boswell - Treasurer
Mitch Patel - Secretary
Christina Brengel - Director
Board Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at the Pecan Grove
Volunteer Fire Department located at 727 Pitts Rd. Richmond, TX 77406 at 6pm.
