Conducting garage sales within the community is against the deed restrictions which govern the Association.  The Association hosts a spring and fall garage sale each year.

You can obtain a tennis court key by mailing a check to Crest Management in the amount of $5.00.  Once the check is received, the key will be mailed to you via regular mail. 

Trash is collected on Wednesday and Saturday.  Please be sure that trash is not placed outside prior to 6:00 p.m. the day before trash is collected and all trash containers must be placed out of public view no later than 6:00 p.m. the day of trash day. 

WCA is the trash collection company that services Waterside Estates.  The trash is billed and provided by Fort Bend County Mud #118.  If you have questions or concerns regarding the service, they may be contacted at 281.368.8397

Crest Management Company is the Managing Agent for the Association.  They are responsible for handeling the day to day operations for the Association.  

The next community garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2009. 

Each individual homeowner is responsible for the maintenance and repairs to the fencing throughout the community.  The Association is only responsible for the maintenance of the wooden fencing that borders Waterside Esates Circle and Lewisville. 

Per the documents which govern the Association, all roof shingles must be a composition shingle with a minimum, 25 year warranty type.  The acceptable colors are black or weathered cedar. 

There are two different zip codes for the Waterside Estates community.  If you reside in the section on the South side of Grand Parkway the zip code is 77406 and if you are on the North side of Grand Parkway the zip code is 77407.

The maintenance fees are due on January 1st of each year and become delinquent after January 31st of each year.

An ACC Application should be submitted and approved by the Association prior to any exterior modification being made to your home.

CenterPoint Energy is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the street lights throughout the community. Each street light has a six digit number and this information will be required when reporting the outage.  CenterPoint Energy can be reached at 713-207-2222.  You may also report the outage to Crest Management and they will be happy to contact CenterPoint Energy. 

Each homeowner can register for a username and password.  Simply click the register link located at the upper left hand corner.  Once a request is submitted it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to receive approval that the login information has been approved and activated.
